Rush Verification — +$2.00 per patient
Need verification urgently? Same-business-day verification is available for an additional $2.00 per patient.
Failed Verification — $1.80 per patient
Applies when insurance verification cannot be completed due to payer-side limitations, inactive coverage, unavailable information, or other verification restrictions.
